Position Overview:
Players Pins is looking for a detail-loving, sports-curious Data Entry Intern to join our growing team! In this remote role, you’ll help keep our systems organized while getting real-world experience inside a fast-moving sports collectibles startup. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams and learn how a licensed product brand actually runs behind the scenes.

If you’re someone who loves sports, enjoys staying organized, and wants to break into the business side of the industry, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update client, order, and product information in our Monday CRM system.
  • Double-check details and help fix anything that doesn’t look quite right.
  • Clean up data after email campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Help build simple reports and summaries for different teams.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and ops to keep everything aligned and accurate.
  • Take part in regular data check-ups and audits.
  • Jump in on other admin tasks when the team needs support.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Excited to gain hands-on experience in business ops, sales support, or sports licensing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools.
  • Curious about CRMs like Monday.com (we’ll teach you!).
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong communicator in writing and over Slack/Zoom.
  • Bonus points if you’re into sports, collectibles, or streetwear culture.

Compensation:
$8–17/hour depending on location. Fully remote. No medical benefits — but plenty of learning, mentorship, and startup energy.
