POSITION SUMMARY
The Food and Beverage Program Intern (“Mavrk”) will work closely with the F&B Coordinator, F&B Director, F&B VP and tournament staff to gain experience and exposure in a variety of areas related to event management, on-site logistics and program management. The Rogers team will be hiring (1) Food & Beverage Mavrk.
Events could include:
- LIV Golf Louisiana (LA) – June 25-28
o Onsite Dates: June 15-July 5, 2026
- LIV Golf New York (NJ) – August 6-9
o Onsite Dates: July 27-August 9, 2026
- LIV Golf Michigan – Team Championship (MI) – August 27-30
o Onsite Dates: August 10-30, 2026
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys the multi-faceted world of event operations – detail orientation, organization, deadlines, problem solving and multi-tasking.
The right candidates must be willing to travel, work efficiently under pressure, balance multiple responsibilities across various events, and possess a strong work ethic. Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a commitment to “Every Experience Matters” are required for these positions.
Please note: Events are held outdoors (rain or shine), and all phases of these events (set-up, build and tear down) will require long workdays outside in temperatures/conditions consistent with each events location/season.
RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES
- Assist with menu organization, vendor coordination, and local partner outreach
- Support inventory tracking, ordering, and equipment preparation
- Help prepare run-of-show documents
- Support our hostess program
- Organize credentials, staffing sheets, and event documentation
- Support daily F&B operations across hospitality venues and concessions
- Monitor food stations and bars to ensure cleanliness, labeling, and presentation standards
- Support VIP, Club, and player dining areas as needed
- Communicate real-time operational updates to leadership team
- Assist with load-in/load-out logistics of food trucks/partners
- Organize branding elements (signage, menu cards, branded napkins, etc.)
- Support costs and budget tracking spreadsheets
- Track estimated guest counts and adjust quantities accordingly
- Build and update master F&B checklists by venue (Club, Suites, Concessions, Player Dining)
- Assist with breakdown, inventory reconciliation, and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive study in a related field
- Previous event experience a plus
- Previous F&B experience a plus
- Polished communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong ability to demonstrate initiative, solve problems and work effectively under pressure while working as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Collaborative in nature with “no job is too small” mentality
- Must be available to work full time in the Rogers, AR market
- Willingness to work weekends and non-standard hours
- Interest in sports marketing and event management as a career
