Internship Dates: January 20, 2026 to April 27, 2026

Intern candidates must be rising college juniors, seniors or graduate students. This internship is unpaid and is for course credit only. Please do not apply if you are not a current student - we are unable to make exceptions for this position. 

This internship is an in-person, full-time (40 hrs / week) position. If you have any scheduled classes or prior obligations between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying.

 All internships will be interdepartmental to allow for a well-rounded intern experience. Intern responsibilities include:
  • Assist with corporate and individual membership campaigns. This will include, but not limited to, phone calls, emails, and in-person/virtual meetings.
  • Assist with Music City Bowl gifting post-event.
  • Update GlueUp CRM database for membership program, events, etc.
  • Work on prospect list for new corporate members.
  • Assist with RSP Ticket Renewals for the SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament.
  • Assist with the creation of sponsorship & membership decks, proposals, and contracts. 
  • Collect and manage RSVPs for the member activities (i.e., Predators Face-Off Luncheon, Titans Kickoff Luncheon).
  • Assist with the collection of auction items from local/national businesses and sports teams to be included in our annual fundraiser and golf tournament. 
  • Assist with planning and executing Member Events and Young Professionals Events.
  • Operational duties for Nashville Sports Council and Music City Bowl Events as assigned.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.

  6. You must be available to work the SEC Men's Basketball Tournament (March 11-15, 2026) and St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Running Series (April 22-26, 2026). This includes evening and weekend hours.
