Job Summary
As a Birthday Party Captain, you will lead birthday parties and special events at the SoccerPlex, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging experience for children and families. You will be responsible for coordinating party activities, supervising guests, and assisting with setup and cleanup in a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet party guests and families in a friendly, professional manner
- Lead games, activities, and sports-based events according to the party schedule
- Ensure all children are supervised and participating safely during activities
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up party rooms, equipment, and activity areas
- Manage party schedules and transitions between activities efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and requests
- Ensure that all party supplies, snacks, and equipment are stocked and ready for use
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the party
- Uphold the SoccerPlex dress code and professional appearance standards
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old and fluent in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable supervising children and managing groups of various ages
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to creating a fun, memorable experience
- Previous experience leading events, camps, or children’s programs preferred

- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and groups at the same time
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred but not required

Salary
$16.00 - $16.50 per hour, based on experience
