The Ben Palm Beach, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is presenting Winter Wonderland at The Ben. South Florida's first and only outdoor real ice holiday skating rink will feature VIP bar areas, luxury retail chalets, and curated culinary delights by the Hotel's master chef.
Ice-America is proud to produce the ice rink at The Ben, and we are currently hiring Part Time Ice Rink Technicians for this luxurious location. Skaters and non-skaters alike are encouraged to apply for this fun and exciting event designed to engage the community during the holiday season!
Ideal candidates would be available beginning 10/24/2025 through 1/10/2026.
Ice Rink Technicians: Hiring Ice Technician with experience in ice maintenance, ice resurfacing, skate sharpening, and mechanical skills. Having an understanding of refrigeration systems is helpful. Basic plumbing and carpentry skills are beneficial to the role. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Candidates will need to be self-motivated, have a strong sense of urgency, and possess the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are required. Ice Tech will be responsible for day-to-day ice maintenance, resurfacing, refrigeration equipment monitoring, and following Ice-America reporting policies. CPR and First Aid certifications preferred but not required.
Compensation dependent upon experience ranging from $22-25/hour. This position offers flexible, set scheduling.
