Position Overview
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead the charge in growing our client base, managing outreach, and shaping how Hotspot is positioned to teams, organizations, and businesses nationwide. This role is 100% remote with a self-driven schedule, base salary, performance-based commission, and the chance to build something meaningful in a space that’s wide open for disruption.
What You’ll Do
- Lead outbound calling, email, and social media campaigns to identify and engage new clients.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand key verticals.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and video to drive engagement.
- Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to multi-team organizations.
- Strengthen Hotspot’s brand awareness through targeted outreach and creative positioning.
- Negotiate vendor and client contracts, ensuring value alignment and long-term relationships.
- Forecast sales, track pipelines, and adapt strategies to seasonal trends (e.g., fall sports).
- Contribute to new service offerings and client engagement experiences.
Must-Haves
- 3–5 years B2B sales experience
- Hands-on digital marketing skills (social media management, LinkedIn/social selling, ABM, video campaigns).
- Strong business development experience, with a track record of closing deals and scaling accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a remote setting.
- Experience developing proposals, decks, and client-facing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (preferred).
- Connections within the sports industry are a major plus.
