Position Overview
Hotspot operates in a market with little competition and endless opportunity. We’re looking for someone excited to join a fast-growing company at the ground level and make an impact across some of the most dynamic industries—sports, entertainment, and corporate events.
- Identify and engage new clients by leading outbound calling and email campaigns
- Identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships to help grow key verticals
- Design and implement marketing initiatives and social media strategies
- Strengthen brand awareness through targeted outreach and creative positioning
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and client engagement experiences
- Proactively support various business needs and help drive overall growth
- Onsite promotion and occasional travel will be required

Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher - Business, Marketing, Communication preferred
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- Marketing experience (social media management, branding, campaign creation)
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with CRM systems, outbound tools, and tracking pipelines
- Experience developing proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Having connections throughout the sports world is a major plus.
