We’re looking for a highly motivated Event Manager Assistant to join our team and support the planning and execution of client orders.
Responsibilities
- Assist Event Managers in coordinating group meal orders with restaurants nationwide
- Communicate with clients to confirm order details
- Handle changes and last-minute updates professionally and efficiently
- Extensive online research, specifically with Google Maps
- Extensive written presentation and dialogue with customers, mostly via phone, email and text
- Other tasks to ensure a successful event is carried out

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Previous experience in hospitality, sports, or events is a plus
- Experience developing proposals, and client-facing materials
