About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and community-driven Sponsorship Activation & Community Relations Manager to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in sports sponsorship activation, social media marketing, videography, event coordination, and relationship building — and who wants to be part of something bigger than just a brand.
You’ll work directly with the Owner, Michael Talbot, to help tell our amazing story, manage our sponsorship presence, and strengthen our community connections through meaningful partnerships to drive our business and our non-profit arm, called Crossroads Rising.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and activate our sponsorship programs, setting up timelines, responsibilities and customer engagement opportunities
- Promote these partnerships through the creation of social media content that captures Guardian Angel Restoration’s (GAR) mission, community impact, and partnerships.
- Capture and produce photo and video content from restoration projects, events, and sponsored activities.
- Represent GAR and coordinate visibility through our professional sports partnerships with:
- The Noblesville Boom – Pacers G League Team
- Fishers Freight – Arena Football League Team
- Indy Fuel – Chicago Blackhawks Affiliate Team
- Indy Ignite – Professional Volleyball Team
- Collaborate with Crossroads Rising, our nonprofit arm, to highlight community initiatives and nonprofit sponsorships connected to these teams.
- Help plan and organize community events, sponsorship activations, and networking opportunities.
- Support business development efforts, building authentic relationships with local organizations, businesses, and nonprofits.
- The position will manage some interns to help activate the programs.
Who You Are:
- A sponsorship activation professional and storyteller who knows how to engage and grow an audience and customer base.
- Proficient in most platforms of social media, as well as videography, editing, and visual storytelling (using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating events and schedules.
- Passionate about community service, networking, and meaningful collaboration.
- Confident representing GAR in public and professional settings.
- Energetic, positive, and motivated by purpose-driven work.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in sports marketing, or promotions.
- Knowledge of digital strategy, analytics, and campaign management.
- Prior involvement in nonprofit or community outreach efforts.
- Experience managing interns or entry level people.
