The Ticket Office Assistant will be responsible for completing both operational and sales duties.  This position is a seasonal, non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Ticket Operations. The approximate duration for the position will be October 7, 2019 – January 3, 2020.  Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to those outlined below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Director of Ticket Operations with ticket operations responsibilities
  • Prospect potential members through walk-up and phone orders
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to new and existing customers
  • Work closely with sales team on processing orders, ticket allocations and other requests
  • Work with other Company departments to improve communication and improve the fan experience
  • Ticket sales duties include ticket and membership package sales for upcoming events
  • Assist in ticket package allocations, reporting, order processing and ticket fulfillment
  • Oversight of the maintenance and updates for the Paciolan ticketing system throughout the sales process to aid in information sharing between sales and service teams
  • Represent organization at various Company events 
  • Game-day duties including ticket sales including ordering, processing, and distribution
  • Assist in the day-to-day customer services responsibilities
  • Lead/assist team of part-time representatives with ticket operations and sales responsibilities
  • Facilitate special projects and additional duties as assigned

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Must have proven experience at being self-motivated with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with Paciolan ticketing program preferred
  • Ability to provide examples of excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in handling a high volume of customers via phone orders or walk-ups
  • Able to provide examples of flexibility in the work environment 
  • Candidate must be willing to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.
