Account Services Executive
 The Fiesta Bowl organization is seeking a candidate for Account Services Executive role.  This position has as integral role in the season ticket, group and event sales for the Fiesta Bowl, Cheez-It Bowl and other Foundation events.  The Account Services Executive will be focused on attaining revenue goals through retention and renewals of season ticket holders, managing Fiesta Bowl Committee relationships, and supporting the outbound sales team by identifying group and premium opportunities.  The Client Service Executive is currently an "at-will" full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Ticket Sales.  
 
Primary job responsibilities:
  • Meet ticket renewal and upgrade goals through ticket member satisfaction and             communication
  • Build strong relationships with existing season ticket account holders, Fiesta Bowl Committee (Yellow Jacket) members, and board members 
  • Manage ticket partner accounts, answer questions and resolve any disputes in a professional manner
  • Manage ticket activity information in ticket sales and CRM systems (Paciolan & Salesforce)
  • Effectively communicate (via phone, email and in-person) Bowl events and offers to all ticket partners
  • Assist in development of ticket partner initiatives, promotions, loyalty programs and communications
  • Provide lead generation research and support to the department for future individual, group and premium sales initiatives
  • Game day duties and other duties as assigned 
 
Required Skills, Abilities, Experiences:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ current customer service experience preferably in the sports industry 
  • Proven success in finding solutions to customers needs while remaining calm and professional
  • Interest and ability to upsell current and potential partners 
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ticketing software (Paciolan) systems a plus
  • Experience utilizing data analytics to generate sales leads and maximize revenue
  • Excellent communication and social skills, articulate and enthusiastic; works well in a team environment
  • Self-motivated individual who has the drive and ability to focus on departmental and   Foundation sales goals as well as personal objectives
  • Consistent positive attitude, great work ethic and well-organized to meet deadlines
  • Entrepreneur mentality; identifies and proposes unique solutions
