FanGate Solutions is a customer service driven company here to provide live entertainment and sports venues with a professional team of trained event day staff. We are looking for eager, highly motivated, and friendly individuals aspiring to work in the sports and entertainment industry and are willing to travel.
As a ticket sales intern for FanGate Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in ticket sales, marketing and special events. Team members will receive training on: giving top notch customer service to exceed our client’s expectations and increase fans overall experience, as well as venue information.
This position is for one event based in Las Vegas, NV at T-Mobile Arena. Would you like to experience working at a PBR (Professional Bull Riders) event helping thousands of fans renew their tickets for 2026? We provide staffing for PBR during their Teams Championship on October 24th-26th. Team members will be performing the following positions: Ticket Renewal Sales Staff and Ticket Renewal Ambassador Staff
Responsibilities:
- Aid guests with accurate event and promotional information
- Selling 2026 event tickets to various PBR venues on-site
- Engage with fans to increase ticket renewal awareness
- Provide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and concerns
- Punctual and self-motivated with an attention to detail
- Communicate all pertinent information with clients and guests
- Provide & maintain the highest level of customer service to clients and guests
- Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willing to work on the weekend of October 24th-26th
- College student majoring in sport management, hospitality management, marketing or related fields is a plus
- Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment
- Ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests’ needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethic
- Must be neat and presentable at all times
- Must be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED
Duration and Pay:
Work event on October 24th-26th. This is a paid events position for work during actual events at $12/hour.
