Overview:
FanGate Solutions is a customer service driven company here to provide live entertainment and sports venues with a professional team of trained event day staff.  Our philosophy is to treat our client’s fans like our own with a knowledgeable, reliable, and fan friendly team. We are looking for eager, highly motivated, and friendly individuals aspiring to work in the sports and entertainment industry and are willing to travel.

As a Ticketing Intern for FanGate Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in ticket operations, guest services, and special events.  Team members will receive training on: iTickets ticket system, giving top notch customer service to exceed our client’s expectations and increase fans overall experience, as well as venue information.

This position is for one event based in Cullman, AL.  Would you like to experience working to fulfill ticket orders and learn a new ticket platform?  Individuals would be responsible for pulling up ticket orders and programming wristbands.  Organizing tickets, wristbands and other collateral into mailing envelopes.  Doing audit checks for accuracy and integrity in fans receiving the proper credentials.  You will work along side 3 others in a friendly office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Aid guests with accurate event and promotional information
  • Provide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and concerns
  • Represent FanGate Solutions and its clients in a professional and ethical manner
  • Punctual and self-motivated with an attention to detail
  • Communicate all pertinent information with clients and guests
  • Provide & maintain the highest level of customer service to clients and guests
  • Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managers

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • College student majoring in sport management, hospitality management, business administration, or related fields is a plus
  • Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests’ needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethic 
  • Must be neat and presentable at all times
  • Must be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED

Duration and Pay:
Work during the weeks of 4/13 - 5/8 from 9a to 4p.  This is a paid events position for $12/hour.
