Would you like to gain experience in ticket operations, event management, and guest services at a professional baseball stadium?  Join the FanGate Solutions team as a Spring/Summer Intern for the Charlotte Knights baseball season!

Responsibilities:
As a FanGate Solutions Intern at Charlotte Knights Baseball games staff may help in any of the following areas:
  • Gate Attendant - assist patrons with scanning tickets for entry, monitoring  scanning portals to make sure all tickets are valid,  troubleshooting ticketing issues, and welcoming patrons into the ballpark
  • Kids Zone Attendant - ensure all participants sign waivers, distribute wristbands, and supervise activities for safety
  • Suite Attendant - monitor suite level entrance to ensure all patrons have proper tickets for access and providing guest services for any questions or concerns
  • Guest Services Attendant - aid patrons with ballpark questions and concerns at guest service booth locations
  • Other duties as assign by manager

This position is for all Charlotte Knights Baseball home games and special events during the 2026 season at Truist Field located in Charlotte, NC.     

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Willing to commute to Truist Field in Charlotte, NC on game days 
  • Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends and evenings
  • College student majoring in sport management, hospitality management or related fields is a plus
  • Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests’ needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethic 
  • Must be neat and presentable at all times
  • Must be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED

Duration and Pay:
Work the following dates at Truist Field in Charlotte, NC.  This is a paid game day events position for work during actual events at $12.00/hour.   Staff parking, meal, and uniform will be provided each game day.

Dates:
March 27th to September 13th (see image at top for more detailed game day schedule)
