Event Overview:
You will be working as a Marketing and Hospitality Host in Sonoma, California for a Pit Boss Activation in conjunction with Sonoma Raceways NASCAR Cup Race on June 26 - 28. As a Marketing and Hospitality Host for FanGate Solutions for Pit Bods you will have the opportunity to gain experience in marketing activation, hospitality management, and guest services.
Candidates must be available for all three days and within driving distance to Sonoma Raceway or willing to provide their own travel.

Responsibilities:
- Aid guests with accurate sponsor information
- Provide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and information
- Distribute appropriate marketing collateral
- Help with event party setup
- Greet and Welcome all guests
- Represent FanGate Solutions and its clients in a professional and ethical manner
- Punctual and self-motivated with an attention to detail
- Communicate all pertinent information with clients and guests
- Provide & maintain the highest level of customer service to clients and guests
- Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willing to travel to local and/or out of state venues
- Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings and some holidays
- College student majoring in hospitality, marketing, sport management, communications or related fields is a plus
- Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment
- Ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests’ needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethic
- Must be neat and presentable at all times
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED
Pay and Schedule:
Pay is $17.00/hr.
Friday, June 26 - 9:30am – 3:30pm
Saturday, June 27 - 9:30am – 2:30pm
Sunday, June 28 - 6:30am – 12:30pm
