Event Overview:
You will be working as a program sales intern in Eugene, OR at Autzen Stadium on either December 19th or December 20th.  As a Program Sales Intern at FanGate Solutions for the 2025 College Football Playoff 1st Round Game, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in sales, event management and guest services.   Your main role and responsibility will be selling programs at the main entrances to the venue as well as concourse areas.  You will need to engage with fans while they are entering the facility to sell them commemorative programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell programs with vigor and enthusiasm to fans entering the facility
  • Actively engage with fans to gain their interest
  • Aid guests with accurate event information
  • Provide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and concerns
  • Represent FanGate Solutions and its clients in a professional and ethical manner
  • Punctual and self-motivated with an attention to detail
  • Communicate all pertinent information with clients and guests
  • Provide & maintain the highest level of customer service to clients and guests
  • Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managers

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Willing to travel to local and/or out of state venues
  • Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings and some holidays
  • College student majoring in sport management, hospitality, marketing, communications or related fields is a plus
  • Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests’ needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethic
  • Must be neat and presentable at all times
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED

Pay and Schedule:
  • Pay is $15.05/hr.
  • Friday, December 19th or Saturday, December 20th* 
*Event schedule TBA on Monday 12/8
