We're hiring a Lead Trainer / Fitness Manager at Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness in Playa Vista.

This is not a big-box gym job.

We are building a high-level coaching environment where fitness, performance, rehabilitation, and long-term health all work together under one roof. Our coaches work directly alongside physical therapists to help clients bridge the gap from pain and rehab to long-term strength, performance, and confidence.

We’re looking for a highly professional coach and leader who wants more than just a session schedule. This role is for someone who wants to help build a department, lead a team, drive growth, and continue developing as a coach and professional.

The role includes:
• Leading day-to-day fitness operations
• Coaching 1-on-1 and Small Group Training sessions
• Running consultations and assessments
• Supporting member retention and department growth
• Building relationships with physical therapists and members
• Helping elevate coaching standards and culture

Who we're looking for:
• Strong coaching experience
• Leadership or management experience
• High professionalism and accountability
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Kinesiology/Exercise Science background preferred
• CSCS strongly preferred
