Our Physical Therapy office is looking to hire a motivated, quick-thinking and personable Full-Time Office Manager/Assistant Office Manager and Patient Care Specialist. 

We are a family oriented office that takes great pride in our work. We value a cohesive work environment with co-workers as it benefits the patients we serve. Our ideal candidate will have experience in patient interaction as well as efficient data entry and billing. If experience is limited we will consider candidates with the aptitude to effectively learn the tasks.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Front desk management, including hiring
  • Charge corrections/data entry
  • Medical records
  • Onboarding
  • Benefit verification
  • Scheduling
  • Check-in/Check-out
  • Payment collections
  • Charge Entry
  • Heavy data entry/scanning
  • Insurance Authorizations
  • Maintaining front office/wait room
  • Other general office duties

Previous physical therapy or medical office experience is strongly desired, however we are willing to invest in training the right person. WebPT, and Excel experience is welcomed. We are looking for a "go-getter" willing to put in the work necessary to help manage and run our clinic.
