  What would you do?
  • Manage the life cycle of a portfolio of ticket inventory using our internal software, while making sure that tickets are entered into our system quickly, listed for sale accurately, and delivered to buyers in a timely manner
  • Track portfolio success metrics and focus on continuous improvement
  • Assist with maintaining system data integrity by entering information accurately
  • Coordinate with ticketing marketplaces on fan experience and fulfillment
  • Collaborate closely with our Ticket Strategy and Software teams to help maximize inventory delivery and to improve processes
  • Other duties as required

 What is required to succeed?
  • College degree with emphasis in sports marketing/management, or a related field
  • Experience in the ticketing field.  Professional sports team or concert ticketing experience a plus.
  • Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel and Outlook.  Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Passion and curiosity to examine and re-examine problems to find new and creative solutions in a dynamic, technology-focused industry
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated work ethic
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed  
  • Proficiency with ZenDesk or a similar customer service software a plus
  • Experience with ticket management software a plus
