Who is Eventellect?
Eventellect partners with professional and collegiate sports teams to unify their approach to single game ticket sales and transform it into a strategic business asset. The perfect candidate will have familiarity with ZenDesk and proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications. This candidate would have professional communication skills and the ability to triage and prioritize tasks in a collaborative environment. Listing Manager
  What would you do?
  • Control the life cycle of a ticket and optimizing Eventellect’s inventory on the ticket selling marketplaces
  • Manage ticket inventory for a portfolio of teams using our internal software. Making sure that tickets are acquired, listed for sale, and delivered to the buyer in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with ticket selling marketplaces to ensure that Eventellect tickets are optimized for efficient selling
  • Work with our Ticket Strategy team and Software team to coordinate across the company and find solutions
  • Work with the teams in your portfolio to optimize a unified single game ticketing strategy
  • Be a part of an on-call weekend rotation with the rest of the team to ensure adequate coverage of live events for which we manage tickets

 What is required to succeed?
  • Professional and solution-oriented communication skills, both written and verbal, to help strengthen relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in a service-oriented role in technology, sports, financial services, or hospitality
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • The ability to prioritize work and efficiently manage multiple work streams as needed

What else would be nice to have?
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S) or equivalent
  • Proficiency with ZenDesk or a similar customer service software
  • Experience with ticket management software

What else do I need to know?
