Position Summary:
Assist event staff with day-to-day preparation and execution of the Chubb Classic presented by SERVPRO, a PGA TOUR Champions event held February 14 - 20, 2022 in Naples, Florida. The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Communications & Partnership Assistant are to support the Corporate and Community Sales team with various selling efforts i.e. Proposal decks, sponsor fulfillment, and partnership recaps; as well as help with marketing efforts via social media and grassroots campaigns. The ideal a candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sports, entertainment, & experiential marketing. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create partnership proposals + Manage and track sales inventory
  • Research market and target demographics to support marketing and sales plan 
  • Support the activation of all clients in collaboration with the Sponsor Services and Operations team
  • Responsible for tracking, accounting, and distribution of ticket sales and ticketing platform (Eventbrite)
  • Support Corporate and Community Partnerships department with partnership fulfillment
  • Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
  • Support Marketing and Communications team with social media management and execution
  • Track performance of tournament marketing and communication activities
  • Assist with implementation of special projects and grassroots marketing efforts
  • Contribute to the coordination and activation of key Tournament special events like Partner Clinics, Golf to Paradise – First Tee Champions Challenge, Culinary Programs & more at the Chubb Classic
  • Key staff member needed in the execution of the Chubb Classic presented by SERVPRO onsite, February 14 – 20, 2021
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or current college student in a related field
  • Excellent communicator: written and verbal, attention to detail
  • Relationship builder and great teammate
  • Organized and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) – developing & executing content strategies
  • Experience with content creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Wordpress)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Weekend, holiday, and non-traditional hours in a team atmosphere
  • Knowledge of the SWFL community
