The Dynasty team is looking for a Director of HR to add to our roster of industry thought leaders while continuing to provide our partner teams and content right’s holders with best-in-class service and results.
 
Position Summary
Position is located in Boca Raton, FL and work closely with the executive team to assist in attracting, developing, and motivating a dynamic group of employees focused on the success of our customers.  The Director of HR will focus efforts on recruiting, risk management, and conflict management.  They will also have a hand several important HR functions, including the following: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment/onboarding, leave of absence administration, payroll assistance and employment law compliance. In addition, the HR Manager will have the opportunity to work with management to create a healthy and happy work environment for all employees. Due to the diversity of responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR and must have the ability and desire to learn quickly.  Position reports into the GC/CFO.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Strategic planning for future staffing requirements and growth
  • Recruiting and coordination and assisting management in the hiring, reviewing and development of the staff, including background and eVerify process
  • On boarding and continuous development programs
  • Annual performance review process
  • Compensation analysis and trends
  • Benefit programs and program management
  • Affirmative Action Plan 
  • Compliance with applicable laws (US and International)
  • Executive and Management coaching
  • Employee development and succession planning
 
Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of HR Professional experience
  • Prefer PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic and outside the box thinker
  • Ability to work in a fast growing and dynamic environment
  • Involved in the detail and hands on
  • Competent in Microsoft Office products
