The Dynasty team is looking for a Director of HR to add to our roster of industry thought leaders while continuing to provide our partner teams and content rights holders with best-in-class service and results.

Position Summary 
We are looking for a self-motivated, hands on team player looking to learn and grow within the Ticketing Industry. Reporting directly to the Director of Partner Management, the Account Coordinator plays a critical role to the success of Dynasty Sports & Entertainment. In this role, you will work closely with and support a growing team of account managers.  You will be responsible for maintaining all processes and procedures related inventory including, but not limited to executing purchase orders and working directly with our partners.  This position requires excellent communication skills, organization skills, time management, and strong attention to detail. This job is full-time position.

  • Reports to the Direct of Partner Management  
  • Become an expert on all partnership details and contracts 
  • Ensure all contract, inventory, and delivery details are accurately recorded 
  • Prepare and execute purchase orders with utmost accuracy and detail 
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving inventory-related issues 
  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments relating to inventory
  • Ensure data accuracy and all rules, processes, and procedures are in place and being followed
  • Research new events and handle communication with partners
  • Assist in making inventory purchases in various online accounts
  • Keep department documentation organized and up to date 
  • Assist in running daily reporting 
  • Calendar and track events dates for contracted inventory 
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the ticketing/entertainment industry a plus
  • Previous experience in online/e-commerce sales a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong with computers and technology, specifically Microsoft Excel & other Office products 
  • Basic SQL knowledge a plus
  • Flexible schedule to include weekends, evening, and holidays with the expectation of working at least 1 weekend day per week
