D-BAT Green Bay is dedicated to developing young athletes and fostering a love for the game of baseball and softball. We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable instructors to join our team. Our goal is to provide high-quality training to players of all skill levels, helping them reach their full potential.

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic softball instructors who can teach various aspects of the game, including hitting, fielding, catching, and pitching. Candidates with a strong background in pitching and/or catching instruction will be prioritized during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and small-group instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding. defensive play, and other softball skills.
Develop customized training plans and progressions tailored to each athlete's goals.
Conduct camps, clinics, and special programs.
Evaluate prospective clients and present baseline assessments.
Maintain client relationships, follow up on lesson leads, and assist in retention efforts.
Collaborate with facility leadership on scheduling, promotions, and facility operations.
Uphold facility standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
Represent D-BAT's values in all interactions with players, parents, and staff.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of softball fundamentals and mechanics.
Experience playing or coaching (college or higher preferred).
Experience teaching private lessons, group clinics, or camps.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Self-motivated, growth-oriented, with a passion for athlete development.
Comfortable using technology (video analysis, scheduling platforms, etc.).
