About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of day-to-day marketing execution across social media, email, digital content, and event promotion. This role is ideal for someone earlyier in their marketing career who’s ready to take initiative, drive creative execution, and contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative team.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the creation and scheduling of content, lead promotional efforts, and play a key role in bringing the COPA STC story to life across all marketing channels. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure our community stays informed, inspired, and engaged.


Key Responsibilities 
1.    Digital Advertising & SEO
-       Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
-       Monitor ad performance (CPC, CTR, conversions) and adjust campaigns based on performance.
-       Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and site traffic.
 
2.    Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
-       Create original video, graphic, and written content for website and social channels.
-       Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook.
-       Develop seasonal blog content aligned with marketing campaigns and program messaging.
-       Capture and repurpose user-generated content, athlete stories, and event footage.
 
3.    Social Media Management
-       Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across all COPA STC social platforms.
-       Respond to incoming messages, comments, and DMs in a timely and consistent tone.
-       Track engagement metrics and work with the Director of Marketing to refine content strategies.
-       Support real-time coverage during internal events and key programming moments.
 
4.    Email & Cross-Channel Campaigns
-       Support the development and scheduling of email marketing campaigns through HubSpot or other platforms.
-       Collaborate with the team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, and web.
-        Ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical marketing materials, from voice and tone to design elements.

5.    Outreach & Off-Site Activations
-       Coordinate and attend off-site activations including school events, community fairs, and tournaments.
-       Build brand awareness through consistent off-site presence and community partnerships.
-       Capture photos and video at activations for digital use; distribute promotional materials onsite.

6.    Collaboration & Performance Monitoring
-       Work directly with program managers to understand enrollment trends and shape campaigns around seasonal priorities.
-       Align campaign strategy with the Director of Marketing and Sales & Engagement Manager.
-       Track campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meta dashboards.
-       Refine digital efforts based on traffic quality, lead generation outcomes, and team feedback.
