About the Opportunity
COPA STC has significant athletic infrastructure that supports a wide range of youth and adult programming, including indoor futsal, indoor turf, and potential future outdoor lighted turf fields. The Director of COPA Play & COPA Camps will serve as the primary programmer of these spaces for leagues, camps, competitions, tournaments, rentals, clinics, and other participant-facing programs.
The person in this role will inherit established programming, including a thriving winter youth futsal league with 400+ teams, youth recreational league programming, adult soccer offerings, summer and school-break camps, and tournament/competition opportunities for members and the broader community.
As COPA STC continues to evaluate and expand facility use, this role will be critical in helping determine how to best fill available space through COPA-operated programming, strategic partnerships, rentals, and community-facing opportunities.

Position Summary
The Director of COPA Play (Adult & Youth Soccer Leagues) & COPA Camps is responsible for leading, managing, and growing two key departments at COPA STC: COPA Play and COPA Camps.
