We’re College Coaches Showcase Camps — one of the largest youth and recruiting camp companies in the country. We run 650+ events per year across 8 sports, connecting high school athletes with college coaches and, soon, delivering next-gen youth camps led by NCAA athletes.
We’ve grown fast without ever building a true marketing machine — that’s where you come in.
The Role
We're looking for a VP of Marketing to lead the charge on branding, growth, and digital performance. You’ll be the first internal marketing hire — working closely with the CEO and agency partners to modernize our approach, drive athlete registration, and bring our brand to life across sports, cities, and platforms.
What You’ll Own
- Strategy: Build the marketing roadmap to drive growth across all 8 sports
- Brand: Lead a brand refresh and establish a consistent tone, design, and positioning
- Digital: Oversee websites, SEO/SEM, social, and email performance — with agency support
- Campaigns: Launch and manage sport-specific registration campaigns
- Analytics: Define KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and own performance insights
- Management: Hire and manage junior marketers, freelancers, or contractors over time
- Agency Oversight: Direct work of outside marketing firms (creative, media, SEO)
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in youth sports, events, or growth-stage brands
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing, brand development, and lifecycle campaigns
- Experience managing external agencies or creative partners
- Builder’s mindset — able to thrive in an environment where you roll up your sleeves
- Passion for sports, youth development, and creating memorable event experiences
- Experience in marketing in youth sports, recruiting, or tournament/event-based businesses
- Familiarity with CRM’s, Webflow/WordPress, and Google Ads
- A strong creative eye and love for data-driven decisions
