We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individuals to join the BluePrints team at Dodger Stadium. As a BluePrints team member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall fan experience by providing excellent photography services on game days. This multifaceted role includes the following responsibilities:
Roaming Photographer:
- Capture memorable moments of fans enjoying the game, stationed throughout the stadium on game day.
- Interact with fans to create a positive and engaging experience while taking their photos.
- Promote and sell photo packages to interested fans, ensuring high-quality prints are delivered promptly.
Tours Photographer:
- Capture memorable moments of fans visiting the stadium for stadium tours.
- Interact with fans to create a positive and engaging experience while taking their photos.
- Promote and sell photo packages to interested fans, ensuring high-quality prints are delivered promptly.
Pay starts at $17/hr and increases $1/hr every 10 games worked capped at $20/hr.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use a digital camera is preferred but not required (training is provided)
- Sales experience and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are preferred (training is provided.)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
- Enthusiasm for baseball is always a plus!
Our team is operational at every home game at Dodger Stadium from March 28th through September 26th. We are seeking individuals who can be available for most of these games.
Shifts typically have a call time of 5 pm but varies depending on game schedules. The length of the shift varies depending on the flow of the game. Weekend times may vary.
