Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Coordinator, Partnership Activation, to support the efforts of the Athletes Unlimited Partnership Marketing team. This position is full-time and reports to the Director, Partnership Activation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day support for corporate partners by helping to bring integrated marketing partnerships to life
- Coordinate across internal teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign assets
- Attend weekly partner status calls, maintain asset trackers, log status updates, and monitor internal communications for active partnerships
- Assist in preparing recaps, insights, and reporting to demonstrate partnership value
- Provide onsite support for partnership deliverables including concourse activations, youth clinics, player appearances, and hospitality
- Assist partnership sales efforts to help meet and exceed revenue goals by participating in brainstorms, and renewal conversations
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in partnerships, account management, sales coordination, marketing, or client services
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and summarize insights
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Asana), SponsorCX, etc.)
- Travel to league locations, approximately 25% when in season
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
BENEFITS
This role is full-time, remote, and is compensated at a range of $48K - $55K annually. While this is the intended range, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position. We anticipate the highest end of the range will be reserved for those who exceed the hiring committee’s expectations on all measures of the evaluation process.
