Be part of All Community Events, directing run/walk events with 1,000s of participants across the nation!  If you eat, sleep, and breathe logistics, problem-solving, and coordination, combined with the fast-paced nature of event day, then this is the job for you.

Be part of our Race Day Crew team, helping to set up and manage event sites, run registration, assist with course setup, lead the runners as a lead bike and coordinate volunteer placement. If you enjoy being outdoors and working with your hands to create what people look forward to on their weekends, then this job is for you. We are looking for someone who enjoys the hustle and bustle of event day, is a quick thinker, on-your-feet problem solver and can tackle any challenge with a positive attitude. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to break into the events world and gain a ton of real-life experience. 

In this position, you will:
-Direct volunteers to hand out bibs, shirts, and medals to participants
-Assist with race course setup and teardown
-Help set up and tear down the event site
-Coordinate the transportation of volunteers along the race course
-Ensure all participants have a great race day experience
-Have fun and gain real-life experience in the live events industry!

Pay:

- $20/hour

This job is for the Chicagoland and Milwaukee area races only

This job requires:
 -You have to be on your feet for many hours at a time.
-Early call times
-8 - 12 hour days
-Positive attitude on the event site
