Rate:   $375 per day
Position Type:   Temporary, Contract
Inclusions:    Travel arrangements not included, but may be considered based on position. Staff meals provided during event day.

This is a temporary contract position with Kilowatt Events, Inc (KWE) for the 150th Eli Lilly Anniversary Event, located in Indianapolis, IN. The main objective of the Site Operations Crew is to work onsite as part of a team to successfully setup, execute, and teardown the Eli Lilly Anniversary Event in May 2026. These positions will report to an assigned Venue Manager or Event Lead.

Job Responsibilities:
1.      Work collaboratively with other crew members, vendors, and departments to ensure smooth event operations.
2.      Support venue operations by executing tasks assigned by the Venue Manager and Operations team throughout load-in, event days, and load-out.
3.      Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized site by moving materials, managing equipment, and keeping work areas clean.
4.      Assist with crowd flow infrastructure such as queue lines, fencing, and wayfinding signage.
5.      Perform basic event operations tasks such as delivering supplies, providing support to vendors, and troubleshooting as needed.
6.      Monitor setup and site conditions and report any safety concerns or operational issues to the Venue Manager.

Requirements:
1.          2+ years experience with outdoor festivals and events.
2.          Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods of time.
3.          Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
4.          Ability to follow instructions and work under the direction of Event Leads.
5.          Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality during scheduled shifts.
6.          Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7.          Forklift certification highly preferred.
