Are you an aspiring sales professional with a passion for sports? Dive into the world of sport sales with our Ticketing Sales Associate role! This is your golden ticket into the sports industry, perfect for those eager to make their mark exclusively in a sales capacity role – with a focus on revenue generation across the NHL, AHL, Indoor Football League and Australia Football League! We're searching for a highly motivated team player who is eager to learn the ins and outs of the ticketing business, refine their sales skills, and embrace sales development discussions to fuel their growth.

With us, you'll be equipped with all the tools and training you need to succeed. As our Ticketing Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront, driving new revenue through the sale of all ticketing products, from full season memberships, group tickets, premium seating and more – all while selling for properties across the globe!  Your proactive approach, marked by prospecting calls, emails, and event participation, will be keys to your success.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Prospect and sell a variety of ticketing plans via phone, email and face-to-face interactions. 
  • Meet or exceed daily call and sales activity requirements. 
  • Making 80+ outbound touchpoints each day with the goal of generating new ticket revenue. 
  • Ensure account records and data are accurate and complete in the AXS ticketing system, TM Archtics, and CRM system.
  • In addition to traditional business hours, the flexibility to work events that may fall during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. 
  • This is a 12-month contract position with the opportunity to grow into more opportunity that will begin in October 2025 and end in September 2026. 
  • Other related duties as assigned by Ticketing Leadership. 

 Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive and resilient team-centric attitude with a professional demeanor.
  • Advanced time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with various stakeholders and linemates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs.
