The Vegas Golden Knights are seeking a highly motivated and results driven leader to assist and lead the premium sales efforts. As Manager, Premium Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of premium hospitality products, including suites, loge boxes, club seating, and VIP hospitality experiences. This role leads strategic sales initiatives, manages key client relationships, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class premium experiences aligned with organizational revenue goals and brand standards.
The position requires a high-performing sales leader with strong relationship-building skills, consultative selling expertise, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality and sports/entertainment clientele.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed premium revenue targets.
- Sell new premium inventory including luxury suites, loge boxes, club seating, event suites, and hospitality packages.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting within CRM systems.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate partners, high-net-worth individuals, and key decision-makers.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to client business objectives and entertainment needs.
- Partner with Premium Service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention strategies.
- Support renewal efforts and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Leverage client insights to expand account value through premium upgrades and exclusive experiences, including Inner Circle.
- Assist in mentoring and coaching premium sales executives or associates.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, ticket operations, and premium service departments.
- Provide market intelligence and pricing recommendations based on competitive analysis.
- Participate in game days, events, and client entertainment initiatives.
- Track KPIs including revenue, activity metrics, closing ratios, and retention impact.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Support annual budgeting and inventory planning processes.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive working environment.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills, with a commitment to customer service and effective problem-solving.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and events as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with the ability to quickly learn and master new software platforms; advanced knowledge of ticketing systems (Ticketmaster, AXS, SuitePro) and CRM platforms preferred.
Education/Experience:
- Four-year college degree, with a minimum of 4 years of full-time ticket sales experience.
- Minimum of 3-4 years ticket sales/premium sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainment, required
