Internship duties include the below:
- Assisting in the creation of sponsorship proposals with the sales team for potential clients
- Updating client asset delivery timelines
- Assisting with partnership events
- Assisting with 2024 - 2025 season activations including, but not limited to:
- Mapping out season activations
- Assisting with various special projects
- Offseason event planning and management
- Monitoring and tracking the execution of off-season partnership activations.
Learning opportunities include:
- Participating in the sales process, learning how to create integrated partnership proposals by researching, brainstorming, and collaborating with other teammates
- Client management and problem-solving skills through assisting with solutions to opportunities
- Adapting to a fast-paced corporate environment. The candidate will be given numerous projects to complete autonomously
- Teambuilding activities with the broader partnership team
- Conducting a summer-long project, developing a thoughtful presentation outlining learnings, and presenting to the team
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in or have completed secondary education
- Must be available to work during regular office hours (up to 25 hours) as well as any special events conducted after hours
An ideal candidate:
- Would be in the second half of their post-secondary education or recently graduated
- Have previous internship or work experience that is applicable
- Have excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Have a strong work ethic, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
