Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media efforts for the Foley Entertainment Group, with a primary focus on digital advertising. This role will manage multi-channel campaigns that drive ticket sales, grow brand visibility, support retail and community initiatives, and strengthen fan engagement across FEG, including the Vegas Golden Knights (NHL), Henderson Silver Knights (AHL), Vegas Knight Hawks (IFL), and additional Lee’s Family Forum events. The ideal candidate is a creative marketer, innovative thinker, and collaborative leader who excels at developing impactful campaigns that generate results and elevate the fan experience.
Position Highlights:
· Oversee annual paid media campaigns and budgets across the organization’s sports and entertainment verticals
· Identify audience segments and implement appropriate targeting strategies to maximize ROI
· Stay ahead of emerging advertising opportunities and recommend new platforms or tactics to promote efficiency
Core Responsibilities:
· Paid Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive and personalized advertising strategies that support ticketing, brand marketing, theme nights, retail, community initiatives, and major organizational moments (season launch, playoffs, events, etc.).
· Digital Advertising Execution & Optimization: Manage day-to-day execution of digital ad campaigns across paid social, Google, programmatic display/CTV and more.
· Agency Coordination: Manage relationship with third-party media agency, ensuring alignment on strategy, pacing, budgets, and creative delivery
· Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, conduct A/B tests, and report on key performance metrics to provide data-driven recommendations and continuous improvement.
· Traditional Advertising: Support traditional media planning (broadcast, out-of-home, print, etc.) in partnership with internal teams and third-party agencies.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ticketing, Partnerships, Creative, and other internal Marketing teams to gather campaign needs and align on messaging.
· Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related responsibilities as assigned to support the organization’s marketing objectives
What You Will Bring
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or a combination of education and work experience
· Experience: 2-3 years of paid media, digital advertising, or growth marketing experience, preferably within a sports, entertainment, or hospitality environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
· Proficiency in digital ad platforms, campaign management tools, and reporting dashboards
· Proven experience with multi-channel paid media budgets and performance-based campaigns
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to position brands strategically and interpret complex data clearly

Physical Requirements:

· Manual dexterity for typing, filing, and operating office equipment
· Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, and written materials
· Hearing ability to participate in meetings and telephone conversations
· Occasional travel is required for community events, team appearances, or external meetings.
· Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and game days as needed
