Position Overview
The Associate will work across multiple business teams to track, coordinate, test, and implement digital product deliverables while gaining practical exposure to content management, web development, analytics, user experience, and emerging technologies. This position is based at City National Arena in Summerlin, Nevada and reports to the Full Stack Developer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Update and maintain content across the FEG network of websites and mobile applications using applicable content management systems (CMS).
- Upload videos, articles, images, and other digital media to FEG websites and mobile applications.
- Organize and submit advertising requests through the National Hockey League and Google Ad Manager.
- Collect, organize, and report website and mobile application traffic data in response to business requests.
- Design and build new web pages within the CMS using established standards and brand guidelines.
- Assist with writing, testing, and troubleshooting efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other applicable technologies.
- Assist with website layouts and user interfaces using standard web development practices.
- Support the integration of data from back-end services and databases.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on business and technical needs.
- Create and maintain clear software and process documentation.
- Collaborate with business teams to support visual design intent and recommended user experience practices.
- Test new and existing technologies and provide organized, actionable feedback.
- Create prototypes and experiment with new technologies or features as assigned.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Web Development, or a related field; equivalent coursework, training, or relevant experience may be considered.
- Foundational experience with programming languages and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Basic understanding of how web applications operate, including security, session management, and development best practices.
- Familiarity with relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and web application development concepts.
- Exposure to network diagnostics or web analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics and search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach when working with internal partners.

- Frequently remain in a stationary position and operate a computer and other standard office equipment for extended periods.
- Frequently communicate and exchange information with employees, business partners, and vendors in person and through electronic channels.
- Occasionally move about the workplace and between work areas to attend meetings, support testing, or coordinate projects.
- Occasionally lift, carry, or move equipment and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Visual ability sufficient to review digital content, code, interfaces, and detailed information on computer screens.
Work Environment and Schedule
- This is a full-time, temporary position performed primarily in a professional office and arena environment at City National Arena.
- The role regularly uses computers, mobile devices, and standard office equipment and may include exposure to moderate noise and activity associated with a sports and entertainment venue.
- The work schedule may vary based on business needs and may occasionally include evenings, weekends, holidays, events, or game days.
- This position may require occasional travel to other FEG locations or events.
