The Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to oversee and manage our Ticket Sales team. As Manager, you will be responsible for driving ticket sales revenue through strategic planning and targeted sales initiatives. This role places strong emphasis on the development, implementation, and execution of innovative group sales programs, as well as the ongoing professional growth of the ticketing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Manager of Ticket Sales, you should have a strong business sales acumen and leadership abilities to ensure that ticketing and organizational goals are met, and have a passion for ticket sales, coaching, and developing sales professionals. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
- Actively generate new business through cold calling, emailing, networking, and following up on inquiries to sell ticket packages.
- Lead and manage the performance of the Ticket Sales team, driving all sales-related campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with a sales team of 4-5 Sales Coordinators.
- Establish individual and team annual sales targets and oversee year-over-year ticket pricing strategy.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, programs, and initiatives within the Las Vegas/Henderson market.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Sales Coordinators to provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
- Assist in establishing KPIs and performance benchmarks for Sales Coordinators.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and maintain all sales campaigns and lead distribution processes within the CRM.
- Manage all group program processes, logistics, and execution, including game-over-game projections, prospecting events, and group sales campaigns.
- Execute and enhance the Fan Experience Packages (FEPs)
- Minimum of 25 outbound phone calls per day
- Perform additional tasks and projects as requested.
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree with a minimum of 4 years of full-time group ticket sales experience.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, coachability, and an exceptional work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive working environment.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to customer service and effective problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with the ability to quickly learn and master new software platforms (Fevo, Spinzo); advanced knowledge of ticketing systems (Ticketmaster, AXS) and CRM platforms preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during games, events, and client-facing activities.
- Ability to move throughout the arena and venue spaces, including stairs and various seating areas.
- Occasionally required to lift and carry materials such as sales collateral or event supplies up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to work in loud, high-energy environments during games and live events.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in alignment with the event schedule.
Work Environment:
- This position is based in Henderson, Nevada, with regular presence at Lee’s Family Forum.
- Work is performed in both a standard office setting and in arena/venue environments on game days and events.
- The role operates in a fast-paced, high-energy sports and entertainment environment where priorities may shift quickly.
- Regular in-person attendance is required, including during home games, special events, and group activations.
- This is not a remote position; consistent on-site presence is essential to the success of the role.

- Ability to walk throughout the arena and venue spaces, including stairs and elevated seating areas.
