The Henderson Silver Knights are seeking a results-driven Manager of Global Partnerships - Sales to support revenue generation across the Henderson Silver Knights organization and its affiliated sports properties: Vegas Golden Knights (NHL), Vegas Knight Hawks (IFL), City National Arena, America First Center, and Lee's Family Forum.

This role will execute integrated sponsorship strategies and support ancillary revenue initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to drive commercial success across our sports and entertainment platform. Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy Support

• Support the execution of sponsorship revenue strategies across Henderson Silver Knights (AHL), Vegas Golden Knights (NHL), Vegas Knight Hawks (IFL), City National Arena, America First Center, Lee’s Family Forum, and any future facilities the organization develops in the region.
• Assist in developing pricing models and partnership packages for various sponsorship inventory
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and maximize revenue synergies across properties
• Contribute to business planning processes and revenue forecasting

Sponsorship Sales & Corporate Partnerships
• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partnership accounts across local and regional markets
• Lead prospecting efforts and develop new business opportunities within assigned categories
• Negotiate contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities with existing partners
• Create customized sponsorship proposals that leverage assets across teams and venues, including in-arena, digital, broadcast, and community platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner activation and servicing
• Track partnership performance and provide regular reporting on sales metrics and ROI

Ancillary Revenue Initiatives
• Support sales efforts for venue rentals, special events, and third-party activations
• Identify opportunities to expand merchandise, licensing, and experiential revenue streams
• Work with marketing and operations teams to enhance fan engagement initiatives that drive commercial value

Relationship Management & Collaboration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned partnership accounts
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences
• Represent the organization at networking events, industry conferences, and community functions

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or business development within sports, entertainment, or a comparable consumer-facing industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing five- to six-figure deals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or a related field required
• Experience managing corporate accounts and partnership lifecycles from prospecting through activation
• Strong understanding of sponsorship sales processes, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
• Familiarity with the Las Vegas market or similar entertainment-driven markets preferred
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during meetings, events, and venue tours
• Travel may be required
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capacity to navigate multi-level venue facilities, including stairs and various event spaces
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds (presentation materials, marketing collateral, etc.)
• Visual acuity sufficient to review financial documents, contracts, and presentation materials
• Manual dexterity required for computer use, document handling, and electronic device operation

Work Environment:
• Primary work location in modern office environment with standard office equipment
• Regular exposure to arena/venue environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and crowd conditions
• Frequent attendance at games, events, and entertainment functions in fast-paced, high-energy settings
• Exposure to outdoor elements when traveling between venues or attending outdoor events
• Work schedule includes regular evening and weekend hours during hockey season and special events
• High-pressure environment with tight deadlines and multiple competing priorities
• Professional business environment requiring executive presence and professional attire
• May be exposed to loud music, crowd noise, and bright lighting during events and games
