Overview:
The Marketing Gameday Staff program is built for individuals eager to break into the sports and entertainment industry and gain hands-on experience on the front lines of professional sports. The Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks Marketing Team are seeking responsible, energetic, and driven individuals to support game days and assist with events throughout the 2025–26 Silver Knights season, 2026 Knight Hawks season, and a variety of community activations.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down concourse & Sam & Ash Tiltyard plaza and concourse activations.
- Distribute gameday giveaways, member giveaways, ticket packages and gifts.
- Help facilitate and coordinate in game Fan Experiences and Mites at Knight Activations.
- Organize and maintain any promotional items and marketing equipment.
- Assist in selecting fans for promotions and ensure all aspects are explained including signing waivers if necessary.
- Assist at community events by managing the team’s promotional table, engaging with fans, and serving as the on-site contact for mascot or cast member appearances.
- Provide high-quality customer service to all guests to enhance the overall experience.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work most HSK and VKH home games
- Ability to think and react quickly in high-pressure situations
- Must have high energy and be a positive team player
- Must pay attention to detail and have good time management skills
Additional Benefits:
- Access to up to 4 tickets to any HSK or VKH home game during the regular season
