The Opportunity
The Manager, Entertainment Experience will be at the heart of Foley Entertainment Group’s mission to deliver world-class, high-energy game entertainment that captivates fans and enhances every moment inside Lee’s Family Forum. This role blends creativity, organization, and leadership to transform sporting events into unforgettable experiences.
As part of the Game Presentation team, the Manager will lead the execution of live entertainment elements, coordinate talent and promotional activations, and bring original ideas to life through seamless production and performance management. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, radiates positivity, and brings a passion for storytelling and fan engagement to every show.

Position Highlights:
·         Lead in-game entertainment operations for the Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks.
·         Develop, plan, and execute live show elements that enhance the fan experience.
·         Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of promotions, performances, and media content.
·         Support creative production efforts, including scripting, cast coordination, and community engagement appearances.

Core Responsibilities:
·         Game Operations Leadership: Serve as the on-site lead for promo teams, stage managers, and entertainment staff during games and live events.
·         Talent Coordination: Create and maintain calendars for cast scheduling, community appearances, and promotional video shoots.
·         Content Development: Contribute to the creative ideation, planning, and development of promotional and sponsored video content that elevates fan engagement.
·         Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Ticketing to align entertainment initiatives with organizational goals.
·         Vendor Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, sponsors, and production partners to ensure seamless execution.
·         Event Execution: Oversee pre-game, in-game, and post-game entertainment logistics, ensuring each element reflects the excitement and energy of FEG events.

What You’ll Bring
·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
·         Experience: Prior experience in live event production, sports entertainment, or game presentation.

Travel:
·         Some travel may be required for team events, promotional appearances, or production assignments.
Schedule Overview:
·         This position requires working non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
·         Attendance required at all Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks home games and select community or promotional events.
Physical Requirements:
·         Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation
·         Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 pounds)
·         Manual dexterity for typing, filing, and operating office equipment
·         Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, and written materials
·         Hearing ability to participate in meetings and telephone conversations
·         Ability to travel occasionally as required by business needs
