We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Retail Manager to lead operations at our Team Store during game nights. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the team store during game nights, including opening, closing, and supervising merchandise.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Engage with fans in a friendly and accommodating manner, creating a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed during shifts.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays throughout the store.
- Work closely with the stadium operations and event staff to ensure smooth game night execution.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
- Proven ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and schedules, including weekends and evenings.
- Passion for sports and enthusiasm for working with fans.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
