We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and accountable Retail Sales Associate to lead the operations of our retail store.
This individual will be responsible for driving merchandise sales, overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, placing orders, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all retail operations, including game day merchandise sales (must be on site on game nights)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly retail environment
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Ensure visual merchandising and displays are compelling, evolving and on-brand
- Manage inventory levels, order new merchandise, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Introduce new product lines and monitor product performance
- Engage with fans and customers to build loyalty and brand identity
- Work closely with marketing team to support themed nights and special events
- Provide regular sales and operational reports to management
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about both retail and customer experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proven ability to manage inventory, budgets, and sales goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment (nights and weekends required)
- Proficiency in Square and social media marketing
