We’re seeking a motivated Ticket Sales Manager to join our team and drive ticket revenue through exceptional sales and customer service. Reporting to the Vice President, this role focuses on prospecting, selling ticket packages, managing accounts, and delivering an exceptional fan experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell ticket packages including season tickets, group sales, mini-plans, and single-game tickets.
- Manage and service assigned season ticket accounts to build long-term relationships.
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Document all communications and sales activity in ticketing and CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing and distributing sales and promotional materials.
- Generate group ticket contracts and coordinate group outings.
- Support game day operations and sales initiatives, including client hosting and fan engagement.
- Represent the team at events to network, prospect, and grow the sales pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of ticket sales or sports industry sales experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ticketing and CRM systems a plus.
- Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
