Position Summary
The Dubuque Fighting Saints are seeking a Promotions & Ticket Sales Assistant to support game-day promotions, fan engagement, and ticket sales initiatives throughout the 2026–2027 season. This position provides hands-on experience in live event operations, sports marketing, and sales support within a professional hockey environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead setup and execution of in-game promotions and theme nights
- Represent the organization at community and promotional events
- Support ticket sales efforts, including group, season, and promotional ticket initiatives
- Assist with lead generation, fan outreach, and ticket sales research
- Collaborate with other departments on ticketing-related initiatives and special projects.
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- A degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as required by the hockey and event schedule.
- Ability to work on their feet for extended periods of times and able to lift 10-15 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a live-event environment and walking on an ice sheet
