Position Summary:
The Des Moines Buccaneers are seeking a Video Goal Judge (also referred to as a Video Goal Official) to assist on game days. This position supports on-ice officials by using video technology to confirm the correct goal scorer and review which players are credited with assists. The role may also include assisting with plus/minus tracking when requested.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in operating a computer and multiple screens simultaneously
- Ability to multitask and think quickly under pressure
- Prior experience in hockey preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with USHL or similar league operations is a plus
