Position Summary:
The Des Moines Buccaneers are seeking a Hockey Goal Judge to assist on game days. A goal judge is an off-ice official positioned behind each goal net, outside the rink glass. The primary responsibility of this role is to observe play around the net and signal when the entire puck legally crosses the goal line between the posts and under the crossbar.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hockey preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with USHL or similar league operations is a plus
