Job Overview & Duties
- Customer Service: Greet fans, answer product questions, and help with sizing or selections.
- Sales & Cashiering: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process card payments, and handle transactions accurately.
- Stand Setup & Breakdown: Set-up merchandise stands before hockey games or events and pack up inventory securely afterward.
- Stock & Inventory: Restock shelves, track merchandise counts, and keep merchandise stands clean and organized.
Job Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Prior retail, POS knowledge, In-person Customer Service .
- Physical Ability: Stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift boxes weighing up to 25–30 pounds.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the team's home game schedule.
- Knowledge: A general interest or background in hockey is a plus.
