Position Summary:
The Website Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing the organization’s website to ensure a seamless user experience. This role involves content management, basic technical troubleshooting, SEO implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the development, building and execution of all e-mail and SMS marketing campaigns.

This role involves content management, basic technical troubleshooting, SEO implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the development, building and execution of all e-mail and SMS marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update website content (text, images, videos, blogs)
- Ensure website functionality, performance, and responsiveness
- Monitor site analytics and generate performance reports
- Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and rankings
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing teams
- Perform regular site audits to identify issues and improvements
- Maintain website security and ensure software/plugins are updated
- Optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates
- Develop, build and lead email campaigns, SMS and digital marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience managing websites or digital content
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO principles
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
