Job Summary
The CRM Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall experience. This role supports marketing campaigns, maintains customer data integrity, and ensures effective communication strategies through CRM platforms.

This role supports marketing campaigns, maintains customer data integrity, and ensures effective communication strategies through CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and automation workflows
- Segment customer databases to support targeted marketing initiatives
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and generate reports on campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
- Support CRM system improvements, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Track customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Develop automated communication flows with consumers to drive engagement & sales
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or data management roles
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and automation systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
- Basic understanding of HTML for email formatting
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
