JOB SUMMARY: The Video Creative Services Manager will oversee the video creative services department for the Texas Stars and H-E-B Center at Cedar Park.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Producing and creating audio/visual content such as commercials, sponsor animations, content for digital marquees, hockey opening sequences and in-game entertainment, and training videos
• Videotaping concerts, awards dinners, and arena shows
• Strategic Planning
• Responsible for game production budget
• Serve as game producer for all Texas Stars home games

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years game operations / video production experience
• Required computer skills: Avid, Media Composer 5.0, Adobe Production Suite, and PC.
• Familiarity with Daktronics Show Control Display System a plus

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects and office tools, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is exposed to an office environment, with noise levels usually moderate.
